Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    juice and rind of 1 1/2 lemons
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    small piece of butter
    3 eggs
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    pie shell
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and cook over low heat until thick.
    Put in baked pie shell.
    Cover with meringue and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
