Onion Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) chicken broth, undiluted
    2-3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 cup rice
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until soft.
    Add broth and bring to boil.
    Add rice.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cook covered for about 25 minutes or until rice is soft and relatively dry.
    Add freshly ground black pepper to taste.
