Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. fine shredded carrot
1 c. oil
4 eggs
Preparation

In bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
Add carrot, oil and eggs.
Beat with an electric mixer until combined.
