Italian Cheese Pie(Pastera) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pies double crust
    3 lb. Ricotta
    7 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. citron
    2/3 c. mixed fruit
    1 oz. grated chocolate
Preparation
    Mix well into Ricotta all ingredients.
    Turn into pie crust. Top with lattice effect.
    Sprinkle with nonpareils.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3/4 to 1 hour.
