Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 tsp. melted butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In 3-quart saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter.
    Stir in flour; cook until smooth, 1 minute.
    Stir in milk, cream cheese, salt, pepper and mustard; cook until thick, 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add Cheddar cheese and mix.
    Add elbow macaroni.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
