Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 baked pie shell
Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation

Combine butter, flour and sugar together.
Beat egg; add milk. Add to creamed mixture.
Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.
Cool; add vanilla.
Pour into baked pastry shell and chill.
Makes one (9-inch) pie; spread with whipped topping.
