Pecan Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine the first 3 ingredients; mix with hands.
    Shape mixture into 5 (4 x 1-inch) rolls (mixture will be dry).
    Combine caramels and water; melt in microwave or double boiler.
    Dip rolls in melted caramels; roll each in pecans.
    Chill for at least 1 hour before cutting in slices.
