Chicken Waldorf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. salad dressing
1 Tbsp. Dijon-style mustard
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
5 c. cubed cooked chicken
2 large apples, chopped
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. raisins
lettuce leaves
apple wedges (optional)
celery leaves (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, stir together mayonnaise, mustard and brown sugar.
Fold in cubed chicken, apples, celery, walnuts and raisins; mix well.
Apply lid and refrigerate for 2 to 6 hours.
