Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 large can pineapple chunks
1 c. sugar
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. flour
1 stick margarine, melted
12 to 15 crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix pineapple chunks, sugar and Cheddar cheese and place in a baking dish. Then mix pineapple juice, flour and margarine. Pour this mixture over pineapple. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers over pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
