Gnocchi (Potato Dumpling) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 white potatoes (medium)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain and mash.
    Let the potatoes cool.
    Add the egg and mix well.
    Add all flour until stiff enough to handle without sticking.
