Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. potatoes
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1/2 c. green pepper, diced
    1/2 c. mustard
    1/4 c. pickle relish
    2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until almost done; remove them and add pepper, onion and celery.
    Mix together mayonnaise, mustard and pickle relish.
    Add to potatoes; salt to taste and sprinkle top with paprika.
