Apple Dessert Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. diced apples
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. flour

Preparation

In a bowl, combine the apples and sugar; let this sit until the sugar is dissolved into the apples.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in 8-inch pan 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 oven.
Let cool slightly then put topping on cake.
