Chicken-Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    10 oz. clear chicken broth
    2 c. boned, chopped chicken
    3 medium potatoes, diced
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt oleo in deep saucepan.
    Add onion; cook until tender but not brown.
    Stir in chicken broth; add chicken and potatoes. Cover.
    Cook for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
    Add milk; mash 1 or 2 pieces of potato with spoon.
    Stir well.
