Teriyaki Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. flank steak
    1/4 c. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    2 c. broccoli, chopped
    1 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 tomato, chopped
Preparation
    Trim fat from beef.
    Cut into strips.
    Combine next 5 ingredients in an 8-inch square pan.
    Add steak to marinade; turn to coat.
    Cover and marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes to 1 hour.
