Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    1 large (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion, grated
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and liquid smoke.
    Chill 6 to 8 hours.
    Shape salmon mixture into a ball.
    Combine pecans and parsley; roll the salmon ball into the mixture.
    Chill at least 4 hours.
    Serve with crackers.
    Makes 3-inch salmon party ball.
