Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large peppers
    1 Italian sausage
    1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella
    1 tsp. tomato paste, dissolved in 3 c. warm broth or bouillon
    1 onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. raw rice
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
Preparation
    Cut peppers in half, lengthwise or remain whole.
    Remove seeds and parboil for five minutes.
    Remove casing from sausage; crumble and brown with onions in butter until both are lightly browned. Add dissolved tomato paste; salt to taste.
