Ginger Lemon Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    4 tsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. minced ginger root
    1/2 tsp. ground coriander
    1/2 tsp. ground fennel seed (optional)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, water, vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, ginger, coriander and fennel seed (optional); mix well.
    Use to marinate chicken, fish or veal. Remove meat and boil marinade for 3 to 5 minutes until thickened. Brush over meat before cooking.
    Makes 1/2 cup.
