Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2/3 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix dry ingredients together.
    Then add liquid ingredients.
    Beat with electric mixer 3 minutes on high. Grease and flour 13 x 9-inch or 2 rounds.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Test with toothpick.
    Usually cracks open.
