Gingerbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. molasses
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Grease an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch pan.
    Sift dry ingredients. Beat eggs, sugar, cooking oil and molasses.
    Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and mix until smooth.
    Blend in boiling water. Stir lightly and quickly.
    Batter will be thin.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
