Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium zucchini, cut and cook
1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 4 Tbsp. oleo
6 Tbsp. oleo
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. shredded carrots
2 1/2 c. stuffing mix (herb flavored)
Preparation

Pt in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with remaining stuffing mix. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
