Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken, cut up and rinsed well
2 c. flour
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
salt and pepper
Preparation

Put flour in a brown paper bag.
Add about three pieces of chicken at a time and shake until chicken pieces are well coated with the flour.
Dip chicken in melted butter and place on a cookie sheet; salt and pepper to taste.
Cook in oven at 375\u00b0 for one hour or until golden brown.
