Baked Carrot Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, cut into sticks
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar or 1 pkg. Equal
either pepper or cinnamon
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
-
Place carrots in shallow baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt, sugar or Equal.
Use either pepper or cinnamon.
Stir to mix.
Dot with butter.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Stir once half way through.
Kids love these; especially with cinnamon!
