Hot Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can peach halves, drained
    1 (16 oz.) can pear halves, drained
    1 (15 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges, drained
    2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. butter, softened
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    Arrange all fruit, except cherries, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish or 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Combine brown sugar, butter and curry powder; sprinkle over fruit.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
    Serve immediately.
    Fruit can also be served from chafing dish.
    Serve with ham.
    Makes 12 servings.
