Quesadillas(Appetizers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. 6-inch flour tortillas
    oil
    1 small bag shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 small bag shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. finely chopped tomato (tiny pieces)
    dried cilantro (in a jar) or fresh minced
Preparation
    Fry
    each
    tortilla
    in 1/4 inch of hot oil until crisp and golden, turning once.
    Drain and place tortillas on paper towels. Sprinkle
    each
    tortilla
    with
    combined cheese, then tomato pieces and sprinkle of dried cilantro.
    Microwave each tortilla approximately 1 minute until cheese is melted.* Using scissors cut tortillas into quarters.
    Serve warm.
