Peasant'S Purse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sliced mushrooms (Morel, Italian, any variety)
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    5 Tbsp. butter, melted, or olive oil
    1/4 c. Madeira wine or other cooking wine or sherry
    2 Tbsp. chives
    1/2 c. cooked wild rice
    4 sheets phyllo pastry, thawed
    1/2 lb. leeks (save green tops, cut into ribbons and blanched)
Preparation
    In medium skillet, saute (with 1 tablespoon butter) mushrooms, leeks (cut into pieces) and garlic.
    Add wine.
    Boil gently until wine evaporates.
    Stir in chives and rice.
    Set aside.
