Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
    1-12 oz. tub cool whip, reserve 1 c.
    2 graham cracker pie crusts
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter with electric mixer.
    Fold in cool whip.
    Pour the mixture into pie shells and chill several hours before serving.
    Garnish with reserved cup of cool whip.
