Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
dash of salt
cinnamon
Preparation

Dissolve cornstarch in water.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Fold eggs and cornstarch into pineapple.
Add salt and sugar.
Put in baking dish.
Cover mixture with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until golden brown all over.
Serve with ham, like a vegetable.
