Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. margarine, at room temperature
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix flour, margarine and confectioners sugar well.
    Press into ungreased 8-inch square pan.
    Build up edges about 1/2-inch.
    Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over hot crust and bake until no indentation remains when center is lightly touched, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool and cut into squares.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
