South Of The Border Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 c. water
    2 cans refried beans
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
    taco sauce and jalapenos (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add taco seasoning mix; stir.
    Add refried beans and water; stir.
    Layer beef and bean mixture into a large oblong casserole dish (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Spread sour cream over mixture.
    Top with Cheddar cheese.
    Add taco sauce and jalapenos, if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, until cheese melts.
