Fantasy Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    3/4 c. butter
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 (7 oz.) jar Kraft marshmallow cream
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat all ingredients in a medium saucepan, except nuts and cook until smooth.
    Add nuts and pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate until set.
    Cut into squares.
