Pumpkin-Raisin Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    1/2 c. water
    3 c. bread flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. raisins
    1 c. walnuts
Preparation
    Place sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin and water in a bowl and mix.
    Sift flour, baking soda and salt in raisins and spices. Add to first mixture and mix.
    Stir in raisins and walnuts.
    Place in paper liners in cupcake tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 approximately 15 minutes.
