French Fried Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 flowerets cooked cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. sifted dry bread crumbs
Preparation
    Roll flowerets in flour, dip in egg to which water has been added.
    Roll in bread crumbs and fry in deep fat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Makes 4 servings.
