Crock-Pot Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    1 c. water
    1 bottle barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a crock-pot and cook on high until mixture boils.
    Then turn to low and simmer for 6 to 8 hours. Chop cooked meat and serve on sandwich rolls.
