Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 c. unpeeled, grated zucchini
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
2 eggs
Preparation

Sift first 4 ingredients; set aside.
Cream butter, oil and sugar until light.
On medium speed, beat eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Blend in vanilla.
Add dry ingredients alternately with buttermilk to creamed mixture.
Beat well after each addition.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour in 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until cake tests done.
