Ingredients

2 to 4 lb. boneless pork rib end roast
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. orange juice
1 c. (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, cinnamon and salt in small saucepan.
Stir in orange juice and cranberry sauce.
Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened.
Set aside.
