Crunch Top Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. grated onion
    1 c. sour cream
    3 c. fresh broccoli flowerets, steamed until tender
    1 1/2 c. Rice Chex
    1 1/2 c. grated processed Swiss or Cheddar cheese or combo of both
Preparation
    Heat oleo in small saucepan until melted.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, sugar and onion.
    Add sour cream.
    Stir until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes just to boiling point.
    Fold in broccoli.
    Pour into 1 1/2-quart greased baking dish.
    Toss together Chex cereal and cheese and sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until bubbly.
    Serves 6.
