Zucchini And Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 small eggplant, diced
    2 onions, sliced
    6 oz. thick tomato sauce
    1 1/3 chicken or beef broth
    1 tsp. oregano or basil
Preparation
    Combine the vegetables in a pot.
    In a bowl, stir the tomato sauce and broth together until smooth.
    Stir in oregano or basil, then add to mixture in pot and simmer, covered, for 30 to 40 minutes.
