Eggplant - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 eggplant
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. instant onion
    grated cheese
    3/4 to 1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    pepper
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook diced eggplant until mushy in salted water.
    Mash eggplant and combine with other ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
