Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. to 1 lb. bag whole cranberries
    2 (16 oz.) cans crushed pineapple, drained
    3 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    8 medium apples, pared and grated
    2 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Grind cranberries and apples; add drained pineapple.
    Dissolve Jell-O and sugar in boiling water, then add cold water.
    Put all ingredients together and mix well.
    Pour into containers or Jell-O molds.
    Makes 4 to 5 pints.
    May be frozen or stored in refrigerator for a couple weeks.
