Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans whole kernel corn
1/2 diced bell pepper
1/2 onion
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
-
Mix ingredients thoroughly.
Pour into a greased casserole dish.
Bake for approximately 35 to 40 minutes in another large cake pan with 1-inch of water in the bottom.
Works like a double boiler only in the oven.
