Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. pumpkin
    3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes.
    Gradually add sugar in small amounts.
    Beat until thick.
    Fold in pumpkin and dry ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Grease a 15 x 10-inch pan and line with waxed paper.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on a clean towel which is sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Roll as a jelly roll and let cool.
    Unroll and spread with filling.
    Then re-roll, chill and keep refrigerated.
