Fiesta Taco Bake - cooking recipe

2 c. (8 oz.) uncooked radiatore pasta
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. (1 medium) chopped onion
1 c. frozen whole kernel corn
1/2 c. mild taco sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Cook radiatore according to package directions; drain. Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef and onion, stirring occasionally, until browned, 5 to 7 minutes; drain off fat. Stir in corn, taco sauce, tomato sauce, chilies, cumin and salt. Stir in radiatore. Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle cheeses over mixture in alternating rows to form 3 Cheddar and 2 Mozzarella strips. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with tomato wedges and avocado slices. Makes 6 servings.
