Napple-O-Tata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 large sweet potatoes
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, divided
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced pineapple
    1/4 c. molasses
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Peel sweet potatoes.
    Slice into rounds 1 to 1 1/2-inches thick.
    Melt 2 of the tablespoons of margarine over low heat.
    In small bowl, mix cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.
