Brunch Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cubed bread
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar
    8 eggs
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Place cubed bread into greased 9X13 pan.
    Top with Cheddar. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and onion powder; slowly pour over bread and cheese.
    Bake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
    Cover with bacon and bake another 10 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
