Catfish Court Bouillon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans tomato sauce
    1 large bell pepper
    2 lb. catfish
    cooked rice
    1 large onion
    1 can Ro-Tel, minced
    1 lemon
Preparation
    Cut onion and bell pepper into strips.
    Mix with tomato sauce and cook for 20 minutes.
    Pepper and salt to taste.
    Add Ro-Tel. Cut catfish into chunks.
    Add to mixture.
    Add juice of lemon. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over cooked rice.
