Sausage Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 to 1 lb. bulk sausage
    5 c. sliced or cubed cooked potatoes
    1 large or 2 medium onions, diced
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
    3 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Brown crumbled sausage and drain well.
    Combine potatoes, onions, water, salt and celery seed in large pot.
    Cover.
    Bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Mash potatoes slightly, leaving small lumps.
    Add drained sausage and milk.
    Heat well.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
