Calico Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables, drained
    1 1/3 c. water
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/3 c. quick cooking rice
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Tear off a 36 x 18-inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
    Fold in half to make an 18-inch square.
    Fold up sides, using your fist to form a pouch.
    In a bowl, thoroughly combine vegetables, rice, water, cheese, salt, onion salt, rosemary and pepper.
    Place mixture in pouch.
    Dot with butter.
    Fold edges of foil to seal pouch securely.
    Grill over medium-hot coals, about 30 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
