Lumberjacks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1 c. dark molasses
2 eggs
4 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
-
Cream sugar and shortening.
Add molasses and eggs. Mix well. Sift dry ingredients and stir in.
Drop on greased sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Yields 4 dozen cookies.
