One Dish Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bacon
    4 c. sliced potatoes
    2 onions, sliced
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place bacon in bottom of pan.
    Add hamburger, crumbled up. Add vegetables, salt and pepper.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
    Add 1 cup water and finish cooking with cover on until vegetables are done.
