Refrigerator Yeast Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
2 c. warm water
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
6 generous c. flour
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. powdered milk (1 c. + 3 Tbsp.)
1 1/4 oz. baking powder (2 Tbsp. + 1 tsp.)
20 1/2 oz. cake flour (about 5 c.)
11 1/2 oz. ice water (almost 1 1/2 c.)
pinch of salt
2 1/2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar at medium speed until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat for 5 minutes.
Sift milk powder, baking powder and salt together.
Add to mixture and beat 5 minutes.
Add flour alternately with water, beating until smooth.
Fold in blueberries by hand.
Grease muffin tins lightly and flour.
Fill about 2/3 full and bake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 20 minutes.
